1. What PurePlayer is
PurePlayer is a media player. It doesn't provide, host, or supply any channels, movies, series, or streaming content. You bring your own playlist, and you're responsible for whatever you add and play.
2. Using it responsibly
Use PurePlayer only with content you're allowed to access, and follow the laws that apply to you. The playlists and sources you add are your responsibility. Don't use the app to break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.
3. Your device
Your access is tied to your device. Keep the device and any access codes secure, as you're responsible for activity that happens through them.
4. Purchases
When we sell something, you'll see the price and terms before you pay. Payments are handled by outside providers. Because access is granted immediately, purchases generally can't be refunded unless the law requires it.
5. Availability
We work to keep PurePlayer running well, but we provide it on an “as is” basis, without any promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change or be removed.
6. No warranties, limited liability
To the extent the law allows, PurePlayer is provided without warranties of any kind. We're not responsible for the content you reach through your own playlists, or for losses arising from your use of the app, again to the extent the law permits.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here is always the current one.
