Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 August 2026
1. What PurePlayer is
PurePlayer is a media player application. It does not provide, host, or supply any channels, movies, series, or streaming content. You provide your own playlist, and what you choose to add and play is your responsibility.
2. Acceptable use
Use PurePlayer only with content you are legally permitted to access, and comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the playlists and sources you add. Don't use PurePlayer to infringe anyone's rights or for any unlawful purpose.
3. Your device
Access is tied to your device. Keep your device and any access codes secure — you're responsible for activity on your device.
4. Purchases
Where purchases are offered, the price and terms are shown at the time of purchase. Because purchases are handled by third-party payment providers and grant immediate digital access, they are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Availability
We work to keep PurePlayer reliable, but it is provided “as is,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change or be discontinued.
6. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PurePlayer is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for content you access through your own playlists, or for losses arising from your use of the app, to the extent the law allows.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here.
